Hammer crusher machine is a coarse crushing equipment widely used in mining,
construction, building materials, highways, railways and other fields.
The working principle of the hammer crusher is based on the squeezing effect between
the movable hammer plate and the static hammer plate. The motor drives the eccentric
shaft to rotate through the belt, causing the movable hammer plate to periodically approach
and leave the static hammer plate, thereby squeezing, rubbing, grinding and other
multiple crushing processes for the material.
The structure of the hammer crusher mainly includes the frame, eccentric shaft, large
pulley, flywheel, movable hammer, side guards, toggle plate, toggle plate rear seat, gap
adjustment screw, return spring, fixed hammer plate and movable hammer plate, etc.
